The ever-popular Draft House on Rancho, added a 3,550 sf brew house and silo to their existing bar and restaurant. Over this five month venture, the bar & restaurant remained open. ACI worked closely with the owner to facilitate daily operations and customer traffic. This brew house is the new home of Big Dog’s Brewing Co. Micro Brewery.
