ROBERT W. POTTER - President and CEO
Potter returned to Las Vegas in 1985 to join his father, Sammie Potter who started a home remodeling business. Together they formed Affordable Concepts, Inc. Since then Potter has steadily gown ACI into one of Southern Nevada's leading general contractors billing more than $45 million a year. ACI's success is a result of solid leadership and a strong team whose longevity speaks of their loyalty to and belief in the company.

Potter is also active in community and professional organizations. He is President of Associated General Contractors (AGC) and has served on the Board of Directors and Government Affairs Committee since 1997. Potter was recently appointed to the Nevada State Public Works Board by Governor Kenny Guinn. He is a member of the Clark County Board of Appeals, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP); Trustee level of the Nevada Development Authority (NDA); Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM); American Institute of Architects (AIA); and the Las Vegas, Henderson and North Las Vegas Chambers of Commerce and served as Chairman of the Las Vegas Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). He serves on the Advisory Board for the Salvation Army and is an active member of the Las Vegas Rotary Club and the Southern Nevada Executive Council.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Juris Doctorate from UNLV Boyd School of Law. He is a licensed real estate broker and a member of the Las Vegas Board of Realtors since 1985.

SCOTT WEISHEIM - Executive Vice President/Safety Director/Project Manager
With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Weisheim has worked on jobs ranging from tenant improvements to large commercial projects, including city and public works. Weisheim joined ACI in 1985 and has been instrumental in developing and retaining productive team members. He emphasizes and practices teamwork everyday, producing successful projects and gaining the respect and confidence of his peers and co-workers. Weisheim has been an active member of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) since 1998, is a member of the North Las Vegas Chamber, member of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and plays an active role on AGC's Safety Committee.

IRL L. POTTER - Director/Project Manager
Irl Potter joined his brother and father in the family business in 1990. The experience he gained working with a home and condo remodeling and construction company in Alaska has proven to be a vital asset to ACI. Today, Potter plays an instrumental role helping to ensure the future of the company.

NELSON CUMANA - Vice President/Project Manager
Cumana moved to Las Vegas from Florida in 1992 and joined the ACI team. While working, he completed his Construction Management degree and has experience on jobs ranging from tenant improvements to complete commercial & industrial site development. His hard work, proven leadership, dedication and more than 20 years of construction experience was rewarded in 2004 when he was promoted to vice president. In his expanded role, Cumana will help grow the business and retain the hard-working, loyal team members. He is a member of the North Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and is active on the Permits and Inspection Committee of AGC.

BOB PALOCHIK - Vice President/Project Manager
ACI was fortunate to recruit Palochik in 1995 from another Las Vegas general contractor. His more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry plays a vital role in the success of every project Palochik is involved. He has experience in everything from tenant improvements to large commercial projects, including city and public works. His strong leadership, team player attitude and no-nonsense demeanor ensure a solid team for any project he under takes. He is actively involved in AGC's Public Works Committee.

JULIE SCHOEFFLER - Office Manager
Schoeffler has been with ACI for more than 20 years. Her dedication and tireless efforts help to ensured ACI's success. As the company moves forward, Schoeffler's oversight and knowledge of systems will continue to provide the support and direction for the success of the company.

JIM ASH – Estimator, Interior Designer, Project Manager
Ash has been a member of the ACI team since 1991. He brings more than 24 years of experience in the construction industry on projects ranging from tenant improvements to complete commercial & industrial site development. His experience has been vital to his success as estimator, computer and network administrator, and designer. Ash also lends his talents to building business and relationships at industry tradeshows. His proven track record of individual and team performance has been a vital part of ACI’s growth and success.
