Located on 4th street and Lewis, this 9,062 square feet tenant improvement build out, designed by JMA Architecture Studios, includes 5,151 square feet on the first floor and 3,911 square feet on the second floor. The first floor is occupied by Community Bank’s Branch & Loan department, while the second floor is occupied by Community Bank’s Executive Offices. The interior finishes consisted of luxurious wood casework, granite counter tops, granite tile floors and some of the walls incorporated Sandstone - a signature finish used in all of the Community Banks. |
