This project required construction of a new 8,878 square foot bank branch on .924 net acres. While under construction an existing temporary modular bank branch remained open during construction. The new building includes a bank branch and loan/real-estate office area. The building utilized multiple features that enhanced its aesthetic appeal: a radius exterior sandstone wall, sandstone interior vault and exterior entry columns/beams and breezeway, a burgundy standing seam metal roof, structural steel trellis sun shades, clerestory widows to illuminate the bank, as well as architectural lighting, custom wood casework and granite counter tops set this project apart. |
