This three-phase project required construction of an 18,000 square foot, two-story operations and maintenance building; a 3,000 square foot laboratory expansion and addition of boat storage; and a 1,650 square foot sludge dewatering building and roof expansion. All construction took place at the same time and required 40 subcontractors. Extensive plumbing, electrical and mechanical needs were challenges the ACI team tackled. |
