This 60,000 sq. ft, 3-story class A medical office building on a hospital campus is scheduled for completion in first quarter 2007. This is a structural steel building with a special dryvitt system. Unique stone from Canada was used. A detached mechanical equipment yard houses a cooling tower, boiler, recover towers and expansion tanks. Two high-end passenger elevators will be used by the tenants. |
